1 Bedroom Private Guest House. This guest home has everything you need for a peaceful hideaway. It is 800 sq feet with a laundry room, bedroom, bathroom kitchen and living room. Although it is in our backyard, it is very private. You'll have your own parking space, the porch has a privacy screen and it is surrounded by trees. There are a few quirks, the floor is slightly slanted in a few places and the furnishings is well appreciated. Still it is comfortable, peaceful, and has minimal decor making it a ideal place to relax. The laundry room has space for a pack and play if you are bringing kids.

Just a 15 min. drive will get you to Carolina Beach, and 25 mins. to Downtown Wilmington. We have beach chairs available to use during your stay.
