Located in the heart of downtown, right across from Colonial Lake, a short walk to King Street, MUSC, Roper Hospital, College of Charleston, and right around the corner from the some of the best shopping, galleries, museums, and eateries in Chucktown! Also close by: marinas and tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts! Ten min. walk to The Battery and White Point Garden. Truly one of the best locations in downtown! 30 day + rental only. Scheduled housekeeping required 2x/month. Family Animals must be pre-approved.
