This freshly offered rental features a multitude of activities for guests of all ages. Out back you will find the dock and bulkhead with charming canal vistas ideal for fishing, crabbing or just taking in the sunset. The more adventurous guests can launch the double kayaks and take a fast paddle out to the Currituck Sound, or savor a exhilarating dip on a warm summer day. Also outdoors you will find plenty of gaming activities in our outdoor living room, which is screened in to keep the occasional firefly out and let the warm summer breeze in. For those who appreciate a little competition, this space offers countless opportunities for fun with a ping pong table, darts, cornhole, and other similar games. Others can choose to relax on the patio seating or watch a game on the flat screen TV.

Inside, “The Oceanside Filly Cabana” is bright and airy with tons of natural light and wood floors throughout the home. The home is designed with reverse living and an open concept top floor with a dining room, kitchen and living room. This space opens onto a well apportioned deck where one can view the wild horses, great blue herons, bald eagles or canal turtles that frequently visit. The kitchen features an island with additional seating, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Also on the top floor is a half bathroom, and primary suite with King Bed and private bath. Located on the second floor are three bedrooms, the first is an additional primary suite with deck access and private bath. Guests in the second bedroom will enjoy a queen-sized bed and a private deck overlooking the canal. The third bedroom is ideally designed for the younger guests with a twin over full bunk bed, twin over twin bunk bed and an additional twin trundle. On the ground level guests will find the on-site laundry and an entry way accessing the outdoor living room.
