• Parking: The resort accepts two parking passes per reservation. Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on the property.
• Check-in Instructions: You must visit the office first to receive your access instructions before heading to the property. If you do not receive check-in instructions, please contact us.
• Housekeeping: We do not offer daily housekeeping services. Additional towels and sheets are not replaced during your stay.
• Monthly Units: Available from October through March.
• Outdoor Pools: Seasonal availability. Contact us for opening and closing dates.
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel complimentary to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
