Just north of the Boardwalk, you can savor the private beach access as well as a short walk to family or fine dining, coffee stores, ice cream stores and the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. This complex offers an elevator as well as washer and dryer facilities (coin operated). There is also a community pool available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Having an unobstructed oceanfront location, you can appreciate pretty vistas from the balcony. The entirely remodeled property is very cavernous, bright, and airy.
