The primary bathroom has an refreshed shower and sink; Hall bath has updated tub/shower combo and sink. It also has central HVAC, a tankless water heater, and even full-sized washer and dryer.

Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools plus 1 kids pool in the complex. There are also 2 hot tub areas in the complex next to buildings C and E. Pools will be closed for the season on 15 November and re-open 15 March. 1 hot tub will remain open year round.

Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less busy than the enormous resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
