Includes Free GOLF CART for drivers age 21+ and comes with a linens package.

**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
**Free use of Owner's GOLF CART for licensed drivers age 21+. Golf Cart Waiver required. Driver's License upload Required for each driver. GOLF CART MAY NOT LEAVE THE GATED COMMUNITY OF OCEAN LAKES FAMILY CAMPGROUND
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
