• Bedrooms: The condo features three generously sized bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful getaway. The master bedroom features private balcony access, accepting you to wake up to the calming sound of the waves. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable linens, additional pillows, and blankets to ensure a good nighttime's sleep.
• Bathrooms: Brigadune includes two well-appointed bathrooms with modern fixtures. One bathroom features a bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. High-quality towels, body soap, and shampoo are supplied for your convenience.
• Kitchen and Dining: The entirely equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and silverware. Prepare meals with ease and savor them at the enormous dining table, which is also ideal for game nights and family gatherings.
• Outdoor Space: The condo offers a cavernous balcony with striking ocean vistas, accessible from both the living area and master bedroom. Unwind on the deck, soak up the sun, or appreciate a meal al fresco while watching the waves roll in.
• Decor Note: Brigadune is individually owned, and while the layout and amenities are as depicted, the decor may vary slightly from the photos.

• Beach Access: Brigadune's prime location accepts you to step directly from the property onto the handsome, wide sandy beach. Savor painless access to sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing without the hassle of long walks or busy access points.
• Resort Conveniences: Guests have access to a range of resort amenities, including an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), a picnic area, gas BBQ grilles, and elegantly landscaped grounds. Additional features include elevators, secure lobby access, and 24-hour on-site security. Please note that while the resort offers many amenities, certain facilities may be subject to availability and seasonal hours.
• Parking: Covered on-site parking is available for your convenience. Enjoy the ease of having your car parked securely right at the property.

• Booking Requirements: To maintain a serene environment for all guests, we require that all bookings be made by individuals who are at least 25 years old and who will sign our rental agreement. We do not rent to locals.

For a memorable meal, visit local favorites such as The Sea Captain's House for seafood or enjoy a fun dining experience at Broadway at the Beach. The area also features miniature golf, water parks, and shopping opportunities.
