Breathtaking vistas will win you over, but the retro Polynesian decor will make you feel right at home. Walk to the Ocean Point golf course, grille or beach access. Sit on the back porch and watch the kids play in the pool, start your morning with a cup of coffee and a marvelous Fripp sunrise. Four passenger golf cart is included.
Amenity cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, eateries, and the 2 championship golf courses. Amenity cards are $50/wk in the summer and $35/wk in the off-season.

A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
