This 1-bedroom apartment has multiple unique features! For starters, huge tile floors flow attractively throughout the entire apartment. This vacation rental has interior opaque glass doors across the entire wall leading to the upsized balcony, a enormous wall-mounted TV in the living room, and a ceiling fan. Our guests will appreciate 1 king-size bed in the bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a living room with countless ocean vistas, a full kitchen, cabinets with plentiful storage space, and so much more!

This is really a one-of-a-kind rental that will keep you returning year after year. The upsized oceanfront balcony offers exceptional vistas of the Atlantic Ocean; you will not want to miss the sunrise and sunset. Located on the 7th floor, our guests will be blown away by this view!

The living room is located at the very front of the apartment. This space is furnished with a queen-size sleeper couch, modest island with bar stools for eating, huge wall-mounted TV, access to the private balcony, accent chair, and more. The living area is really the most calming space in the condo. Our guests appreciate having their own upsized private balcony, and many have submitted photos of delightful sunrises and sunsets, dolphins, boats, surfers, and so much more!

The Meridian Plaza offers 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, as well as 1 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub. Onsite laundry is available to our guests as well! We do not provide beach chairs, but guests can rent them seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.
