The Space:

This newly remodeled, direct-oceanfront condo is handsome and bright, and thoughtfully designed for up to four guests seeking relaxation, connection, and calm. Located on the 7th floor of Beach Colony Resort, it offers sweeping ocean vistas, modern finishes, and all the amenities you need for an simple, rejuvenating stay. The bedroom is serene and comfortable with a view of the ocean, the open-concept kitchen and living area also overlooks the water, and the private balcony creates the ideal place for rest, relaxation and reflection. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The bedroom features a king-sized bed with a 12-inch plush bed, huge TV, cozy reading nook, enormous dresser, closet with iron, and gorgeous ocean vistas that can be appreciated without leaving bed.

The living area includes a queen-sized sleeper couch bed and wall-to-wall vistas of Mother Ocean.



LIVING ROOM

The living room has charming, wall-to-wall ocean vistas, sleeper couch, 55-inch intelligent TV, dining table for four, and direct access to the balcony. It's an inviting, calming space ideal for calming or appreciating a meal with an ocean backdrop.



KITCHEN

The completely updated kitchen includes a butcher block countertop, full-sized stainless steel refrigerator and flattop electric range, microwave, dishwasher, shaker cabinets, drip and Keurig coffee makers with cone filters included, toaster, cookware, mixing bowls, dishes, and silverware. It is supplied with everything you need for preparing meals, making snacks, or enjoying coffee and drinks. We also provide a starter set of trashbags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge, and a roll of paper towels.



BATHROOM

The bathroom features a sizable double-sink vanity, tub/shower combo, commode, towels, hair dryer, and a starter supply of toiletries including a couple rolls of toilet paper, shampoo and soap.



BALCONY

The private balcony overlooks the Atlantic and is furnished with Adirondack chairs. It’s the ideal place to watch the sunrise, sip a drink, rest your eyes, appreciate the breeze, or simply take in the view.



RESORT AMENITIES

Beach Colony Resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, a tiki bar, an onsite restaurant, tiki bar, coffee shop, freshly expanded exercise center, sauna, arcade, pool table, corn hole, shaded relaxing areas, gorgeously landscaped lawns, hammocks, and gliders.

BEACH GEAR

We also have a modest storage closet located on the bottom level of the resort that is ideal for housing messy beach gear. We provide two beach chairs guests are welcome to use.



PARKING

Free parking is supplied in the onsite resort garage. Resort policy accepts one car per condo. The first floor of the parking garage is designated for upsized cars (over 6’2”). Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the condo, the private balcony, all resort amenities, the oceanfront lawn, laundry facilities, elevators, and sundecks. The condo uses keyless entry. Access codes are included on arrival day once the condo has been cleaned and inspected. Check-in is after 4:00pm. Main resort entrances are step-complimentary, although interior hallways and bathrooms may not be wheelchair accessible.



The Neighborhood:

Beach Colony Resort is located at 5308 N. Ocean Blvd. and sits in one of the most striking and peaceful stretches of Myrtle Beach. With an onsite restaurant, outdoor tiki bar, multiple pools and hot tubs, game room, sauna, newly expanded exercise center, hammocks, gliders, shaded lawns, and, of course, the beach, you really don’t need to leave to have an marvelous stay.

But if you enjoy exploring, this area offers so much to discover. The resort is surrounded by peaceful residential neighborhoods filled with unique, eclectic beachfront homes — everything from striking mid-century designs to modern coastal estates. It’s one of our favorite areas to walk, jog, and dream-home hunt.

Just down the road is the beloved Cabana District. Myrtle Beach created a beautiful oceanfront exercise trail and playground here, lined with adorable beach cabanas. We often skip the exercise stations and instead walk by debating which cabana is the cutest.

Though the immediate area has a calm, tucked-away feel, you’re still only moments from fantastic eateries, coffee stores, grocery stores, and casual beach bars - numerous within walking distance. It’s the ideal blend of peaceful getaway and easy access to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Here you can get away from it all while simultaneously able to conveniently jump back in if you choose.



Getting Around:

There are numerous eateries, coffee stores, and bars within walking distance of the resort. Uber, Lyft, and E-bicycles are widely available throughout Myrtle Beach. If you choose to bring a car, complimentary parking is supplied in the resort’s parking garage.



Other Things to Note:

There is no washer or dryer inside the condo, but the resort offers a pay-per-use laundromat onsite. Laundry machines accept coins and app payments.

Seasonal amenities, onsite stores, and pool operations may vary throughout the year.

Currently, the following amenities are closed for upgrades: indoor pool, spa and sauna, and outdoor north pool and kiddie pool. They are anticipated to reopen in early 2026.

The outdoor south pool, lazy river and spa are open and heated.
