Upstairs is where this home really shines with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the modern coastal space with an airy ambiance that pairs well with vacation vibes! As you walk into the master bedroom, you're welcomed into a calming space that features a opulent king-size bed, marvelous coffered ceilings that are vaulted, floor-to-ceiling windows, flatscreen TV, and walk-in closets. The ensuite bathroom provides a spa-like experience with double vanity and an upsized tiled shower.

All 4 of the roomy guest bedrooms are located downstairs and have simple access to the 2nd covered porch on this level. 3 of the 4 guest bedrooms boast comfortable king-size beds, flatscreen TVs, closets, and our hotel-quality linens. 2 of those bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. If you have kids joining you or a family that would like to share the same room, you'll appreciate the last bedroom that's furnished with a queen-size bed and bunk bed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with a king guest bedroom that features a massive tiled shower.

Pool heat is optional and can be added to your reservation for $100 per day. Please note that pool heat must be purchased for the full duration of your stay once added.

This home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only family pets allowed.

BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear units during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more, the choice is yours. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
