The inverted floor plan accepts for stunning vistas of the ocean and beach strand, plus tons of natural light in the common spaces. The mural of the ocean on the living room wall blends seamlessly with the real vistas of the ocean right outside your window! You are surrounded by pretty vistas! There is also wireless high-speed internet and cable streaming for all of your favorite shows and movies. There is a zero-entry shower in the upstairs Middle East bedroom, and both bunk bedrooms have bathrooms with tub/shower combos. The rest of the bathrooms have elegant tile walk-in showers that will make you feel like you are in a spa! Come and savor all that Holden Beach has to offer!

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to relax by the sea!
