A brand-new stacked laundry setup makes keeping things fresh a breeze.

Head upstairs to the top level, where the open concept living room, dining area, kitchen, and comfortable sitting nook create a vibrant space for gathering and calming. Whether you're whipping up a oceanside feast or relaxing with a good book, this level is all about connection and comfort. Plus, there's a separate family room for movie nights or peaceful time, along with a handy half bath. The vaulted ceilings and wood paneling add to the character of this one-of-a-kind bungalow and ample windows provide plenty of natural light. A fireplace is available during off-season for staying cozy on cooler Spring and Fall evenings.
