Cozy bungalow in the maritime forest (Merrytime Forest). Private community pool can only be used by Ibis Roost families and their guests (30 homes). Two nice golf carts supplied in your rental. Bald Head Island Club available as an option…simply arrange directly with the club (use of the pool, eateries, & exercise center, along with a modest fee for tennis courts and striking golf course for cart and green fee). Full sized Weber gas grille, delightfully decorated. Linens and towels, furnished (except beach towels). Five(5) bicycles available. Beach chairs, umbrella...too!

Bald Head Island is home to this vacation home. Smith Island Museum of History and Fort Johnston-Southport Museum & Visitors' Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.
