Open Kitchen/Bar Area has additional seating, 2 Dishwashers and a Microwave. Laundry Room has a Washer, a Dryer and a washtub. Streetside Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Private Bath. Streetside Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. There is also a Full-Bath on this level.

Level Two: Oceanfront Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, Covered Porch access, and a bath. Oceanfront Bedroom #4 has a King Bed, Covered Porch access, and a bath. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
