Savor a peaceful, peaceful stay in a charming, refreshed condo directly overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway! Watch boats cruise the waterway from the condo balcony, which spreads across the living room and both bedrooms, or from the pool deck! Appreciate evening walks in the neighborhood, Harbourtown, where there is minimal traffic, just off Highway 17. Close proximity to Myrtle Beach Airport, Coastal Carolina University, The Market Common, Broadway At The Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean, but away from the hustle and bustle! Located in Captain’s Harbour, a 50-unit complex that is safe and secure, with elevators and on-site parking.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is set up similarly, with balcony access from both bedrooms. Intelligent T.V.s in each bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub / shower unit. Comfy king-sized beds are in each bedroom. Linens and towels are supplied, as well as blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

A kitchen outfitted with dishes, pots, pans, and modest appliances, and a dining table for 4 is convenient. There are a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and electric range, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, and other modest appliances. The unit has a huge capacity washer and dryer.

Beach towels and beach chairs are supplied for guest use, as well as a few bag coolers! Enjoy the beach that is just a short drive away! Or lounge by the pool that is located on the waterway! The pool is open seasonally and there is no lifeguard on site. Also, appreciate tennis or pickleball on the newly resurfaced court that is rarely used. It is available on a first come / first serve basis, as is the day dock on the waterway. The dock is convenient for boat watching or fast tie-ups but beware of the wake created by passing boats in the no-wake zone.

On site parking for two cars per unit is conveniently accessible. Handicap parking is limited. Trailer parking is not available. The building has two elevators.

***Note that this condo is not on Ocean Boulevard, but is in a safe, peaceful neighborhood. If you are seeking a place to event, this is not it!
