Totally furnished - amenities include full kitchen with dishwasher and disposal, (dishes, pots, and pans supplied) washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV, private pool on premises, huge deck, direct access to the beach, and did we mention marvelous ocean vistas?

This top-floor unit feels like you live on a boat overlooking the sea! Spectacular vistas included, with the added special additional of buff legs from daily walks on the sand and stairs (there is no elevator in the building). The private deck is ideal for year-round sunbathing. One queen bed in the front bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Cable and high-speed Wi-Fi internet included. An unassigned on-site parking space is available for 1 car (parking pass supplied), with additional paid parking in an adjacent lot and across the street. Grills and picnic tables are below the unit. Non-smoking and no family pets please. Can't beat the beauty or the price!!
