The home features three levels with decks and screened spaces for each of the 3 bedrooms.  The well-appointed living area includes plenty of seating for calming movie nights and a completely-equipped kitchen for dining in.  The living room features a fireplace and comfortable pit-group seating and the most striking vistas over the marsh for impressive sunsets.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and full ensuite bath.  The private deck offers a peaceful place to take in the island wildlife and the sights and sounds of the salt marsh.
Additional bedrooms include a double suite and another with 2 doubles.  A guest bath is located adjacent to these bedrooms.  Each offers access to a balcony.  There is also a sitting area on the upper level for a fast nap or reading your favorite book.
This property includes a golf cart to take you to the beach, Davis Adore park and so much more.  It is a short walk from the Marina Store, pool and Island Excursions.  Club cards are available for purchase with this property.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards.
