Beautiful Beachfront 2BR/2Bath & 2 Balconies - Vacation rental home in Myrtle Beach, SC

If you are a morning person you will definitely appreciate the sunrise view from the balconies. If not, all rooms have blackout drapes to ensure you will be able to sleep in as long as you like. The 3 ROKU TVs will allow you to log into any streaming service you have, and the TVs will automatically log you out on the morning of departure. A strong Wi-Fi connection is available in the condo.

Our office is open every day until 6pm should you need any assistance. We also provide after-hours maintenance in the event of an emergency.

There is so much to do in the area when you are away from the beach. Barefoot landing is less than 2 miles away and features shopping, a variety of eateries, live shows and concerts. If you appreciate wine, on the way to Barefoot Landing is extremely fashionable Duplin Winery. A short drive into Myrtle Beach is the acclaimed Boardwalk, SkyWheel and Broadway at the beach.

The resort has 3 buildings. Each building has both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. You are allowed to use any of them, not just the ones in our building. Tower 3 has an outdoor lazy river and in the winter the indoor pools are heated. There is a gym, a bar, a restaurant and a gift shop with ice cream on site.

Primary Bedroom: This room has a King Bed, 2 dressers, closet and 50-inch TV. There are nighttime stands on each side of the beds with lamps that have USB ports for charging. The bedroom has a sliding door with access to the beachfront balcony that is also accessible from the living room. It has an on-suite bathroom with a huge tub/shower combo. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer, bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths. In addition to the sink area there is a separate huge counter as well as a cabinet for storage.

Guest Bedroom: This bedroom has all of the amenities of the primary bedroom with the exception of the bathroom which is located directly across the hall from the bedroom. This bedroom has its own private balcony.

Kitchen: Recently refreshed and has all of the amenities you would expect. All of the appliances and brand new. It has a enormous sink with a garbage disposal. Ample cabinets and everything you will need to prepare and serve the meals you adore to make. The kitchen comes with a sizable counter and 3 barstools.

Dining: The dining table is the same height of the kitchen bar. There are 4 barstools at the dining table but the 3 stools at the kitchen counter can be moved to the dining table giving you seating for up to 7 people.

Living Room: This room has a comfortable couch that reclines on each end. The cabinet in front of the couch is where you will find the murphy bed. The murphy bed bed is a full-size bed so it will most likely be comfortable for one adult or two modest kids. Above the murphy bed is the 58-inch ROKU TV. One each side of the cabinet you will find very comfortable chairs that can be moved as needed for TV viewing.

Beachfront Balcony: This is a large balcony that comes with a chaise lounge chair, 2 bar height Adirondack chairs and table. The height of these chairs accepts you to have a view of the water well above the height of the balcony railing. When standing near the railing, the 42-inch railing provides for an extremely safe experience.

Laundry: There is a stackable washer/dryer located in the entry of the condo. This makes life really simple for anyone renting for more than a few days.



We have a minimum renter age of 25 and the renter must reside in the condo during the entire stay. No Smoking or Vaping of any kind is allowed in the condo or on the balconies. Animals are not allowed. For your convenience there is a W/D in the entry way of the condo. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. The condo, the building and the parking garage all have entry codes that you will be receive 30 mins. prior to check in time on your arrival day. We provide one role of toilet paper for each bathroom, one roll of paper towels and dish soap. Two parking passes are included with unit. Units of one month or longer with require monthly walk through by a member of management. There are no grilles on the property. No motorbikes, golf carts or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
