Myrtle Beach is the hub of the Grandiose Strand, a 60-mile string of South Carolina Atlantic coast beaches. Along its beachfront boardwalk are arcades, souvenir stands and eateries, as well as the old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the Sky Wheel, at 187-feet the country’s second tallest Ferris wheel.

Myrtle Beach is also known for its celebrity-designed golf courses. There are also roughly 100 golf courses in and around Myrtle Beach.

The condo is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Fresh linens and a set of 4 each bath/hand/wash/cloths/ towels are supplied with each rental.

Rental Policy: Age 25 or older government issued photo identification is required.

Pet Policy: No family pets.

Parking Policy: Unassigned Free Outside Onsite Parking + an additional Secured Garage for Automobiles and Motorcycles. 6' 3" max. clearance.

*To be as transparent as possible: This condo is in close proximity to a full time resident that is a smoker. At times (rarely), this condo could smell like cigarette smoke. We have added air purifiers, charcoal bags, and have tried to mitigate as much as possible. If you are very sensitive to the smell, this condo might not be for you. It is a very clean and peaceful condo. We just want to be upfront and make sure you savor your stay!
NO SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY. $250 HOA fine. Subject to additional cleaning plus additional charges for any damage.
