Screened front porch and back deck with canal and marsh vistas on a natural wildlife reserve. Perched along the Davis Canal with a modest private dock where you can fish, crab, bird watch or appreciate the Carolina sunsets. Outside shower with hot and cold water plus a charcoal grille. It is a three-min. walk to the beach or a 10-min. walk to the Oak Island Recreation Center where you can rent a canoe. Board games, kids’ toys, Duplos Lego table, puzzles and books.
