OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
To ensure a smooth and fun stay, please note the following:

**Linens & Toiletries:**
We provide professionally cleaned towels and linens for your stay, along with a starter supply of toiletries and one roll of toilet paper. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

**Beach Gear:**
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included with the condo but can be rented seasonally directly on the beach from the on-site lifeguards.

**Laundry:**
Paid, shared laundry facilities (washers and dryers) are available for your use within the building.

**Extended Stays:**
This condo is ideal for both short getaways and extended vacations. Discounts are automatically applied for weekly or monthly bookings. Cleaning services during your stay are also available upon request for longer reservations.

**Parking:**
Parking is stringently limited to one car per reservation. The resort manages the parking garage and cannot accommodate additional cars. This is stringently enforced. Due to Resort Policy Motorcycles, Trailers, and RV`s are not allowed at the resort.

**Rental Agreement**
A standard rental agreement is required and must be finished within one hour of booking, along with payment of a $35 non-returnable damage waiver. This waiver covers up to $1,000 in incidental or accidental damages, providing tranquility of mind so you can entirely relax and appreciate your stay.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is stringently non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Family Animals:
Sorry, but family pets are not allowed on the premises. We adore animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-complimentary environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain peaceful hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. min. Occupancy:
The max. number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No events or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the max. occupancy without prior approval.

7. Conveniences and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities supplied responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is supplied in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furnishings or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
