Located on the 1st floor making it convenient for loading and unloading suitcases/groceries and for kids and older adults. It is also conveniently located for fast access to the exercise center, tennis courts, volleyball court and a short and handsome walk to the beach and golf course.

Living room has a wall mounted, flat screen TV, and DVD player. It features a deck to savor the view. Master Suite feature king size bed, private bath, flat screen TV, Ipod alarm clock, overlooks a delightful park-like setting. 2nd bedroom features two full size beds with TV, and adjoining full bath. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV. Entirely equipped kitchen including and washer & dryer.

Our Kingston Resort Villa is located on a 145 acre, gated, master planned oceanfront resort. It has the amenities and convenience of home with all the conveniences of a extravagant resort including cable, wireless high speed internet, ocean and poolside cafe which includes daily entertainment during the spring and summer and activities for kids and adults alike. It has numerous outdoor pools, shared hot tubs, Spa33 offers facial treatments, manicures, pedicures and massages. A full time golf director is available to book tee times at Kingston's Arcadian Shores, located adjacent to the resort, or at one of the more than 100 courses in the area.
