Welcome to Chill & Recharge, a exceptional 2,273 square feet oceanfront home with an inverted floor plan and gorgeous ocean and marsh vistas. Bedrooms have access to over 1,250 square feet of decks, a screened porch, and a first level sitting room with bunk sets, table, chairs, and TV, as well as the upper-level dining/living room and well-equipped kitchen.

This home features a fireplace, under-counter ice maker, two dishwashers, gas grille, tankless water heater, WIFI, private pool with 1,700 square feet of poolside space, outdoor shower, and a Brazilian wood deck open to the marsh. Beach access is located between 963 & 965 OBW.

Supplied Conveniences with Weekly Units:
- Bed linens, towels, and bath mats are supplied.
- Welcome Amenity Bag supplied with starter items: toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.
(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies once starter items are used.)
