The Space:

Welcome to your next vacation spot... 'Grand Memories' - located at Beach Colony Resort located in pretty Myrtle Beach, SC!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.



Parking: Painless access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorbikes, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Combo coffee pot - drip or k-cup!



Living Area: Balcony access.



Bedroom 1: King bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached.



Bedroom 2: One queen bed & one full bed.



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Balcony: Private balcony with an ocean view.



Laundry: Stackable washer/dryer in the unit. Private!



Resort amenities: two pools, kiddie pool, lazy river, hot tub, hammocks, corn hole, and loungers around pool and in grass areas. On-site restaurant and bar, seasonal.



Pool: Starting January 1st, as usual for winter, only the South Pool and hot tub will be heated.

Important note: Indoor pool remodel work began in May 2025 and the structural repairs are still ongoing. The estimated reopening date for the indoor pool is March 2026.



Beach: Walk a few mins. through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. There is a shell washing station too. Be sure to utilize these to keep sand out of the condo drains. Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay!



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/ trash bags/ bath towels is supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Water Conveniences: HOA owned and operated.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING.

The unit is located in Beach Colony Resort - located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC.



- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 6.4 miles

- Broadway At The Beach is about 2.8 miles

- The Ripken Feel Myrtle Beach is about 4.9 miles

- Myrtle Beach Convention Center is about 2.6 miles



Getting Around:

2 parking passes are supplied for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Pest control is on the 4th Monday of each month and the technician is required entry via HOA rule.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.



No family pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 6.
