Location, Location, Location. Savor the calming sounds, smells, and breeze from the ocean while sitting poolside. Unwind in the shade or even take a break in the game room while appreciating all the beach has to offer, too. This is the upper East Side unit of this Triplex home. It was refreshed in 2024/2025, everything is new and fresh. 3 BR 2BA, enormous kitchen, and great room this beach villa lives huge. The other two units are rented separately on Vacation Rental By Owner. Bring other families with you. Every unit has a private entrance and its own designated parking for two cars. The pool, game room, and laundry are shared spaces. Animals are welcome with a $200 fee; the second pet is $100, with a max of 2 family pets. Some breads and size restrictions due to insurance policy, sorry. Come and appreciate.
