It was modernized in 2024, everything is new and fresh. 3 BR 2BA, sizable kitchen, and great room this beach villa lives huge. The other two units are rented separately on Vacation Rental By Owner. Bring other families with you. Every unit has a private entrance and its own designated parking for two cars. The pool, game room, and laundry are shared spaces. Animals are welcome, and there is a $200 fee per pet. Come and savor.
