Location, Location, Location. Savor the calming sounds, smells, and breeze from the ocean while sitting poolside. Unwind in the shade or even take a break in the game room while appreciating all the beach has to offer, too. This is the upper East Side unit of this Triplex home. It was refreshed in 2024, everything is new and fresh. 3 BR 2BA, huge kitchen, and great room this beach villa lives enormous. The other two units are rented separately on Vacation Rental By Owner. Bring other families with you. Every unit has a private entrance and its own designated parking for two cars. The pool, game room, and laundry are shared spaces. Animals are welcome, and there is a $200 fee per pet. Come and appreciate.
