The Space:

Come savor this handsome Bay View Resort condo. You will appreciate the resort amenities, areas close by, and the condo itself. It is really a calming heaven!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.



Parking: You will have 2 parking pass to hang on your rear-view mirror. The parking garage is conveniently located just 2 streets in front of the resort. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking garage.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Full kitchen with appliances!



Living Area: Plenty of seating.



Bedroom: 2 queen beds.



Bathroom: Full bathroom.



Balcony: Private balconies (x2). One of them provides a peak at the ocean!



Beach: Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Conveniences: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions. Indoor areas are open year round. Waterpark! Pool tables! Shuffleboard! Kid activities! Eateries! Much more!



Laundry: In-unit, private.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves (aside from locked owners closets) along with resort amenities (subject to HOA schedule).



The Neighborhood:

Roughly 3 miles to MYR Airport!



Getting Around:

2 parking pass is included for your stay. **Important parking garage clearances** Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens monthly via the HOA. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.



No family pets. Max guest count is 4.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
