The home has a huge open upper deck and enormous main level covered deck with sitting area and outdoor speakers. There is also a huge game room with pool table, table / chairs, sizable flat screen tv and large balcony off the game room. House square footage is roughly 5700. Pool is 30' x 10 and 3' to 5' deep.
