The Space:
Welcome to Fade Away Cay, a cavernous getaway in Duck that ideally blends comfort, entertainment, and convenience for families or groups up to 12 guests. From the handsome outdoor amenities like the heated pool & screened in porch to the well appointed interior, you will appreciate your time in this home.

Starting from the top level, you will savor the bright and airy coastal ambiance. Beach decor ideally sets the ambience for a calming stay. The kitchen is entirely supplied with everything that the chef in your family needs to whip up delicious meals, and the dining room offers space to appreciate them together. Unwind in the living room with a good book or movie, and then head to bed in the master king suite that rounds out this level.

On the mid-level, you'll find a king bedroom, a comfortable queen room, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a den with a pull-out couch, creating versatile sleeping options for everybody. There is also laundry conveniently located on this level.

Downstairs, the fun really begins with a completely equipped game room featuring a foosball table, Wii console, and TV setup—ideal for movie nights or friendly tournaments. This level also offers an additional pull-out couch bed, extending your sleeping options even further.

Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.
