The Space:
Welcome to this spectacular oceanfront condo! The unit located in the highly desired area of Myrtle Beach - Shore Drive - which is located close by to many eateries, shopping areas, and attractions. The unit features and unobstructed Oceanview from multiple rooms; so bring the family to savor this handsome spot!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.

Parking: Painless access private parking lot. You are able to bring up to 2 cars. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex elevator is available.

Kitchen: Totally outfitted kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Family room: Enormous family room area with oceanfront vistas. Balcony access.

Bedroom 1: Substantial bedroom with king bed. Balcony access!

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom.

Bedroom 2: King bed.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.

Balcony: Sensational unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool: Shared complex pool!

Other: Pickle-ball/Tennis court!

Beach: Direct beach access from the complex!

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

A/C: Central HVAC system with simple to use thermostat.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex amenities.

The unit is located in Arcadian I - located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC.

Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.
Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine pest control happens monthly on the 3rd Tuesday via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 4.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
