Property Rules:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No family pets allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fee per pet and immediate eviction.
No motorbikes, RVs, trailers, ATVs, golf carts, or side-by-sides allowed on the property.
No fireworks allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Violation will result in a $500 fine and eviction.
Payment Policy: 25% deposit required at booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Resort Fee
A $20 per day resort fee is required and paid directly to Arcadian Dunes upon check-in. This fee grants access to all resort conveniences, including pools, hot tub, and shared facilities.
