Property Rules:
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- No family pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
- No Motorcycles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, Golf Carts or side-by-sides are allowed on property.
- No fireworks are allowed on or around the property.
-This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking zones. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
-Payment Policy: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
