55 Sandpiper Drive is a handsome sound-front home located in the Island Park community, offering peaceful water vistas. This 4-bedroom, 3½-bath home is ideal for appreciating a laid-back beach escape.
The two downstairs bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the fourth bedroom includes a pyramid bunk with a twin on top, a full bed on the bottom and a twin trundle underneath. This bedroom also has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. In addition, a half bath is located downstairs for additional convenience.
The open living and dining area connects to a completely equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, blender, and everything needed for painless vacation meals. The dining table seats six, with three additional stools at the kitchen bar, making it simple for everybody to gather for meals or games.
Step outside onto the enormous, uncovered porch to relax, dine, or savor the coastal breeze while taking in vistas of the marsh and waterway. A private dock provides sound access (tide dependent), so checking a tide chart during your stay is recommended.
Additional amenities include central heat and air, a washer and dryer, an enclosed outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, and keyless entry. Guests also appreciate access to two community pools. This home is just a short walk to the beach access. A golf cart outlet is located under the home for added convenience.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE the ENTRANCE DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not supplied and should be brought by guests. Top bunk bed will not be made.*
