The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood loaded with great amenities for families. Take a right out of the driveway and walk down to Hayman park (1 block down on a peaceful residential street - no busy roads to cross)Take a left out of the driveway to the bay front gazebo and flex path and savor the sunsets (2-min. walk).



To get to the beach (driving recommended) take a right out of the driveway and drive to the stop sign at the end of Hayman. Go straight across and there is complimentary beach parking right there!



Getting Around:

The closest airport is 2 hours away - Norfolk International Airport. OBX is located about a 5-hour drive from the DC Metro area. If you need concierge or limo service, please contact us. Other available methods of transportation:

This rental agreement applies to "everybody" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.



Guest Verification with Truvi

Trust & Safety Fee

Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.



Property Access & Maintenance

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Security Cameras

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.
