Ground Level: The living room has a flat-screen TV. The dining area can also be found on this level of the home as well as a galley kitchen with granite countertops and a stainless steel stove, microwave and refrigerator with an attached ice maker. Oceanview bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and shares a full bathroom with bedroom #1. There are two outdoor showers with a seemingly never-ending supply of hot water!

Level One: Master bedroom #3 has a king bed, a full bathroom, and beautiful vistas of the ocean. Bedroom #4 has two double beds and a handsome ocean view. Bedrooms #3 and #4 open up to a sizable covered oceanview deck. Bedroom #5 has two double beds and handsome vistas of the sound. Bedrooms #4 and #5 share a full bathroom.

Level Two: Another huge open living and dining area can be found on this level of the home and it features gorgeous cathedral ceilings! The entirely-equipped kitchen on this level (yes, there are two full kitchens at Almost Beachfront) has stainless steel appliances including a dual-oven stove, a microwave, a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher and granite countertops. Master bedroom #6 has a king bed, a full bathroom, and ocean vistas. The living area, dining area, and master bedroom all overlook the sound and ocean via huge windows and a convenient ocean deck off the living room.

Additional Conveniences: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! This home also features the luxury of two full kitchens, dining spaces, and living areas! Several TVs are scattered throughout the home for your entertainment enjoyment and you will have access to basic cable channels and a Roku for your steaming needs. There is a charcoal grille on the property so you can appreciate an evening cookout! Savor deck access from numerous parts of the home and a picnic table to sit at while you eat an outdoor meal with your family and/or friends!

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! No cats. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
