Low Tide is a pretty bungalow on a peaceful street within walking distance of the Variety Store and trendy eateries on the North side of the village. Two queen beds, one in the downstairs bedroom and one in the loft, make Low Tide ideal for a couple or modest family. The loft is accessed by a compact staircase and has a bespoke curtain on the door for privacy. Both rooms have their own mini-split air conditioners/heaters so you can set the temp just right for you.

A brightly painted main room with a vaulted ceiling makes this modest home seem much bigger than it is. It has a entirely equipped sunny kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, enormous coffee maker, pod coffee maker, french press, and coffee grinder. It also has a roomy bathroom with a shower, and a full-size stacked washer and dryer. For those who adore to shower outside, there is a completely private hot and cold shower under the home accessible from the screened-in porch.

The two porches make it simple to find a peaceful spot to savor the island breezes or cuddle up with a good book. The cavernous back screen porch is great as an early morning getaway with a cup of coffee or for appreciating a ballgame or meal with the family. “Just like sitting in a tree home!” The front porch, with two huge Adirondack chairs located under a fan, makes a ideal spot for people-watching.
