Unwind and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furnishings, hosting a movie marathon on the huge TV, or appreciating brunch on the deck. Prepare enormous meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with ample cupboard room, capable appliances, and a breakfast bar. Cozy beds in roomy bedrooms ensure everybody receives a marvelous nighttime's rest from the day's adventures.



Aside from the beach, don't miss out on all the attractions the area has to offer. Go sightseeing, fishing, charter a boat or go dolphin watching, hike some trails, and visit the local breweries, wineries, and museums. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.

Please note E-bicycles are not allowed.





Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorbikes and/or recreational cars and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bicycles are not allowed in the Plantations.



Things to Know:



There is a $150 non-returnable pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many family pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly.



A max. of 2 dogs is allowed. No cats are allowed. But you may ask us to see if owners will allow.
