The kitchen/living area opens to the screened-in porch, which overlooks the shining pool and the beautiful Ocean Point Golf Links. Picture yourself calming by the pool or relishing a delicious meal at the pool deck table, offering the ideal spot for family dining. The dining area comfortably accommodates 18 guests, with seating for 10 at the enormous table and an additional 4 at the kitchen counter. This home freshly redid all the floor upstairs and has brand new wood floors throughout the entire home.



The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a sizable sliding glass door with a beach view and a king bed. Adjacent to this primary, another king bedroom with its private balcony awaits. 2 more bedrooms are located upstairs, one with 1 queen and the other with a full and a queen. Discover 3 more bedrooms on the first floor, including a bunk room with full beds and an array of appealing games, as well as 2 queen bedrooms.



Stay connected to high-speed wireless internet (500 Mbps) thoughtfully installed for your convenience. The property is currently streaming only. An undercounter ice maker provides plenty of ice to keep your drinks cool.
