The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. It has a king bed with a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, a tub, and a separate shower. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The 1st guest bedroom has 2 queen beds with a private bathroom, tub and a separate shower. The den has a twin daybed, and the 4th bedroom has a queen and shares a bathroom with the den. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. Features include a crow's nest with seating, covered porches on the 1st floor, a deck with a dinner table, additional seating and a grille. Extensive open living room, dining room and kitchen with granite countertops and thoughtful touches makes this the ideal beach hideaway for family and friends.



Features of the property include full size appliances in the kitchen, an undercounter ice maker and an ice maker in the refrigerator. Washer and dryer in the laundry room on the 1st floor. 3 Intelligent TVs with your favorite streaming applications, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Giant driveway accepts for 4-5 parking spots. Garage access is now allowed, starting in May 2025, which normally accepts for 2 more cars inside. PLEASE no parking in the grass in the front yard! Dumbwaiter is not for guest use please.

Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
