Step inside a modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator, double wall ovens, wine cooler and ample counter space. An adjacent comfortable sitting area invites you to linger over your morning coffee, while the cavernous dining area seats 10, with additional barstool seating at the kitchen counter—ideal for casual meals or evening entertaining.

The main living room opens to a huge ocean-facing deck, framed by lush scrub palms and offering unobstructed Atlantic vistas—the ideal setting for morning sunrises or evening stargazing. A propane grille is located on this deck for simple access to the kitchen. Down the main hallway, you'll find three bedrooms:

The primary oceanside suite features a king bed, a private ocean view deck, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and double sinks for a true spa-like experience. Two streetside queen bedrooms share a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

The lower level offers even more space to spread out, with a fourth bedroom (two twin beds), a third full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and three separate living areas, including:
