There’s private beach access just 100 yards away, and Currituck Sound is right across the highway. Charming Duck is two miles south, where you can walk along the waterfront Duck Town Park Boardwalk past eateries, stores, and fishing spots, or simply relax and appreciate a gorgeous sunset over the sound. There’s plenty of fun to be had right at home as well, with a basketball hoop in the driveway for pickup games, a hot tub on the deck, a saltwater pool for the kids, and an outdoor bathroom with a full shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Additional outdoor space includes numerous wraparound decks offering gorgeous ocean vistas, including a ship's watch rooftop deck, ideal for watching the sunset. Inside, both the ground floor and top floor feature full kitchens and enormous dining tables, making it simple to prepare meals for a group and dine together. New LVP plank floor was installed in spring 24. Each level has a family room, along with eight TVs, a DVD player, and complimentary WiFi. Unwind in the private theater room for family movies.
