625 New Haven is a first-floor end unit with expansive ocean vistas. Appreciate the impressive view of Hunting Island from the back deck. At high tide, the condo is about 15 feet from the water. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to 2 people.

A new CopperChill King Mattress was added in May 2024, along with new dining room chairs and a coffee table. Savor the AMAZING view from the living room and dining room. The kitchen has a full-size oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer. There are 2 TVs with Hargray Cable and high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. Entirely refreshed and tasteful furnishings! This property has one of the best vistas on the island!

Parking is supplied in the parking garage under the New Haven facility. You may park in the space labeled 625NH or a guest spot.
The Village of Newhaven is a cozy oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. It is just steps away from the pool, golf course, and handsome beach at low tide. The complex has a gorgeously landscaped courtyard, complete with a grilling area.

Your rental includes a 4-seat golf cart (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more! Ocean Point Grille, Ocean Point Golf course, Pro Shop, as well as pools, are right across the street. You'll have everything you need for a fun and calming vacation.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other striking wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
