The Space:

625 Newhaven is a first-floor end unit with expansive ocean vistas. Savor the striking view of Hunting Island from the back deck. At high tide, the condo is about 15 feet from the water. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to 2 people.



A new CopperChill King Mattress was added in May 2024, along with new dining room chairs and a coffee table. Appreciate the AMAZING view from the living room and dining room. The kitchen has a full-size oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. There are 2 TVs with Hargray Cable and high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. Totally refreshed and tasteful furnishings! This property has one of the best vistas on the island!



Parking is supplied in the parking garage under the Newhaven facility. You may park in the space labeled 625NH or a guest spot.



The Village of Newhaven is a cozy oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. It is just steps away from the pool, golf course, and handsome beach at low tide. The complex has a elegantly landscaped courtyard, complete with a grilling area.



The View: Outside, appreciate the warm South Carolina sunshine and gentle ocean breezes from your balcony. The ocean surrounds you, accepting painless access to the beach at low tide.



Your rental includes a 4-seat golf cart (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural beauty and to visit our unique amenities.

Also included in your rental are up to 2 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more! Ocean Point Grille, Ocean Point Golf course, Pro Shop, as well as pools, are right across the street. You'll have everything you need for a fun and calming vacation.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
