The Village of Newhaven Complex is oceanfront with beach access at low tide. The condo complex has a handsomely landscaped courtyard, complete with a gas grilling area and tables for your enjoyment. Across the street is the OP Bar & Grille, and next door to the Ocean Point Pool. Fripp Landing has everything you need for a ideal vacation!

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
