Welcome to your **5th-floor oceanfront getaway at Boardwalk Beach Resort**, appealingly located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. This comfortable 1-bedroom condo features striking Ocean vistas from a private balcony and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with two queen beds.

Start your morning with coffee on the balcony while listening to the waves, then savor the beach or resort amenities. The condo features a completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, plus a dedicated workspace and TVs in both the living room and bedroom.

Guests have exclusive access to the condo, resort amenities, and parking for up to two cars. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools.

Parking is unassigned. Handicap spaces are available with the appropriate permit. Trailers, motorbikes, golf carts, boats, and campers are not allowed.

**Painless Check-In:** Keyless entry with a private door code supplied before arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

House Rules & Important Information

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are stringently prohibited anywhere on the premises.

No Family Animals or Emotional Support Animals: Animals are not allowed without prior written approval from Seafoam Property Management, LLC.

No Parties or Giant Gatherings: Events, events, or sizable group gatherings are not allowed such events can cause you to be escorted from the room immediately without a refund.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

ID Verification: A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.

Property Access & Restrictions

The HOA stringently prohibits the presence of boats, trailers, RVs, campers, Motorcycles and personal golf carts. Please make sure to have parking pass displayed in your car as unauthorized cars may be towed at the renter’s expense, and any resulting HOA fines will be the responsibility of the guest.

No Daily Housekeeping: A starter supply of essentials and fresh linens is supplied.

Pest Control: Monthly pest control is performed; occasional sightings may occur.

Bed Bug Policy: No history of bed bugs. False claims will result in inspection costs charged to the guest and can result in legal action.
