Make yourself at home in this charmingly decorated two bedroom townhouse located in Lions Gate! You are sure to savor our surf shack vibe! The location is exceptional for walking and cycling to everything you need. A very short walk to some of the best eateries at the beach, or bicycle to the intracoastal eateries or the pretty blue waters of Wrightsville Beach.

This townhouse is set up to sleep as many or as few as you like. First floor bedroom has a king size bed that is located next to a full bath. The second floor master has two queen beds and full bath en suite. The first floor living area has a couch with a pull out memory foam queen size bed.

Each bedroom has a sizable flatscreen TV as well as the living room. The kitchen is completely outfitted for with everything you need to prepare and serve up to eight people. Linens and towels are supplied, but beach towels need to be supplied by the guest.

There are two parking spots that come with the rental, as well as use of the pool and tennis courts. Additional visitor spots are available by the pool.

No family pets are allowed. However, it is not a pet complimentary property, as we have our dogs there when we are there.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Wrightsville Sound, a neighborhood in Wilmington. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. New Hanover County Arboretum and Aussie Island Surf Shop are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
