The vivid colors throughout the home make it a happy place for all. This property has been thoughtfully curated, with 2 bedrooms decorated with bright, vivid paint and linens. The primary bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, and the guest bedroom has 2 full-size beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. The guest bath has a step-in shower with dual showerheads, and the primary bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a laundry room. Appreciate the huge screened-in porch, complete with rocking chairs and ceiling fans.



Features of the home include 3 intelligent TVs, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. The high-speed wireless internet throughout the home lets you access your favorite streaming apps. There is an outdoor shower on the side of the home. a great place to wash off after the beach. A charcoal grille is available for your use, near the entry in the backyard. This home is located on the trendy Davis Appreciate Drive, surrounded by the Ocean Creek Golf Course. The kitchen has a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, along with full-size appliances and kitchenware, accepting you to stay in and prepare if you choose.
