The Space:

The apartment features a King size bed, comfortable living room, and a freshly remodeled kitchen. The en-suite bathroom features a enormous tiled shower. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and kitchen essentials for basic cooking. The living room is equipped with a pop-up coffee table for additional work space. Please note that there is a spiral staircase leading up to the bedroom & bathroom. We do allow well-behaved family pets for a non-returnable pet fee of $250/pet. No more than two pets are allowed and a separate signed Pet Addendum is required upon booking.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to their private apartment & two private porches. There is a keypad lock with a secure code individualized for each guest.

The property is located in the Westside neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered one of the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is ideal for a couple or a group who is looking to entirely embrace Charleston's unique appeal. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of stores, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at The Daily before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of stores and eateries. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Leon's, Melfi's, and Renzo. Come experience all that our handsome city has to offer!



Getting Around:

One off-street parking space is supplied if guests have a car. If not, Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area. Your best bet is to park your car, and walk, bicycle, or take an Uber or Lyft (5 min. ride to anywhere else downtown).
