The Space:

411 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a handsomely refreshed three-bedroom, three-bath villa located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Exercise Center, and Guest Services, this home is ideal for guests who want to be close to Fripp’s top amenities and the beach.



The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is entirely supplied, making it painless to prepare meals during your stay. On the first floor, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a private ensuite, and direct access to the exterior, as well as a new sliding glass door that opens to ocean vistas. The remodeled ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, new vanity, and modren new tile throughout.



The open dining and living area also features a new sliding glass door leading to the patio, where guests can appreciate handsome ocean vistas and simple access to the community pool—ideal for calming after a day in the sun.



Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom offers two twin beds and access to a completely modernized hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination, new tile, and a new vanity. The second upstairs primary suite features a king-size bed, ocean vistas, and a delightfully updated ensuite with a walk-in shower, new vanity, and modern tile finishes.



This villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and offers striking ocean-view patio seating for appreciating Fripp Island’s coastal appeal.
