The Space:

The bedrooms are spread out across all 3 levels. The top level has 2 bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath. One room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), and the other room has a queen bed. The king master bedroom is on the mid level, and has a private full bath and deck access. On the ground level you will find 2 more bedrooms, a queen room and a twin room, that share a full hall bath. A laundry area with washer and dryer round out the amenities of this home.



Outside, the private pool beckons for invigorating dips (heated by advance request for $75/day, $500/week), and the outdoor seating area is ideal for appreciating the fresh air and have a family Bar-B-Que to end the day. With its prime location, Hat Trick offers simple access to the beach and local attractions, making it the ideal destination for your next vacation.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
